Mr CHIU Kam-kuen

K.K. Chiu is Chief Executive of Greater China at Cushman & Wakefield with over 37 years’ experience in the real estate industry. He is currently the Immediate Past President of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Hong Kong representative at the International Valuation Standards Council, a General Council Member of the China Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, and the non-executive member of the Asia Pacific World Regional Board in RICS. Appointed by the Government of Hong Kong SAR, K.K. is a member of the Land and Development Advisory Committee under the Development Bureau, Panel Member of the Private Columbaria Appeal Board under the Private Columbaria Ordinance, and Member of the Estate Agents Authority under the Estate Agents Ordinance. In addition, K.K. is an External Examiner of MSc in Real Estate of The University of Hong Kong, and member of the Advisory Committee on Building and Real Estate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
